Solitary axillary lymph node metastasis from bladder cancer is rare. A 65-year-old woman with a history of bladder urothelial carcinoma presented to our hospital with an axillary mass. No abnormal lesion in FDG PET/CT was identified except a solitary soft tissue mass with significant FDG uptake in the right axilla.
