肺错构瘤是肺部最常见的良性肿瘤,常常在影像检查中偶然发现。本文报道一例49岁女性近期被诊断出左乳癌,并怀疑存在左腋窝淋巴结。18F-FDG PET/CT显示右下叶肺内界限清楚、有分叶的低密度软组织肿块,代谢活性轻微或不显著。CT引导下活检显示该病变由脂肪、软骨和平滑肌组成,夹杂着纤维结缔组织。以上结果与肺错构瘤相符。在一个界限清晰的孤立性肺结节中存在脂肪,并且代谢活性降低,可以帮助确定该病变的特征,从而改变患者的治疗方案。 版权所有© 2023 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. 保留所有权利。
Pulmonary hamartoma is the most common benign tumor of the lung and often discovered incidentally on imaging. We report the case of a 49-year-old woman recently diagnosed with left breast cancer with suspicious left axillary lymph nodes. 18F-FDG PET/CT showed well-circumscribed, lobulated, low-attenuation soft tissue mass in the right lower lobe lung with mild to no significant metabolic activity. CT-guided biopsy showed the lesion composed of fat, cartilage, and smooth muscle, admixed with fibroconnective tissue. The findings are consistent with pulmonary hamartoma. The presence of fat in a well-circumscribed solitary pulmonary nodule along with low metabolic activity helps in the characterization of the lesion, which can alter patient management.Copyright © 2023 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc.
