人体肠道微生物群是一种复杂的生态系统,调节宿主与环境的相互作用。同一种功能性食品或药物可能在不同个体中具有不同的生物利用度和不同的效果。例如,抗生素可以改变肠道菌群从而影响健康。然而,肠道菌群与非抗生素类药物之间存在着双向的关系:它不仅受药物的影响,而且可以通过酶调节药物结构,改变药物的生物利用度、生物活性或毒性,从而提高药物的疗效和安全性。本综述总结了抗生素、降压药、非甾体抗炎药、降血脂药、降糖药、病毒相关疗法、代谢产物和饮食在调节结直肠癌肠道微生物群中的作用和机制,并为未来针对肠道微生物的抗肿瘤疗法提供了参考。版权所有©2023Wu、Xia、Liu、Zhang和Xia。
The human gut microbiota is a complex ecosystem regulating the host's environmental interaction. The same functional food or drug may have varying bioavailability and distinct effects on different individuals. Drugs such as antibiotics can alter the intestinal flora, thus affecting health. However, the relationship between intestinal flora and non-antibiotic drugs is bidirectional: it is not only affected by drugs; nevertheless, it can alter the drug structure through enzymes and change the bioavailability, biological activity, or toxicity of drugs to improve their efficacy and safety. This review summarizes the roles and mechanisms of antibiotics, antihypertensive drugs, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, virus-associated therapies, metabolites, and dietary in modulating the colorectal cancer gut microbiota. It provides a reference for future antitumor therapy targeting intestinal microorganisms.Copyright © 2023 Wu, Xia, Liu, Zhang and Xia.
