髓样细胞 1 上表达的触发受体 (TREM-1) 是免疫球蛋白超家族的成员。 TREM-1作为炎症反应的放大器,主要参与炎症介质的产生和细胞存活的调节。 TREM-1 已在传染病中进行了研究,最近又在非传染性疾病中进行了研究。越来越多的研究表明TREM-1在肾脏疾病中发挥着重要的致病作用。有证据表明,TREM-1不仅可以用作疾病诊断的生物标志物,还可以作为指导肾脏疾病新型治疗药物开发的潜在治疗靶点。本文综述了TREM-1的分子生物学及其信号通路以及免疫反应在急性肾损伤、肾纤维化、糖尿病肾病、免疫性肾病和肾细胞癌进展中的作用。版权所有©2024中华医学会,制作Wolters Kluwer, Inc. 获得 CC-BY-NC-ND 许可。
Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (TREM-1) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. As an amplifier of the inflammatory response, TREM-1 is mainly involved in the production of inflammatory mediators and the regulation of cell survival. TREM-1 has been studied in infectious diseases and more recently in non-infectious disorders. More and more studies have shown that TREM-1 plays an important pathogenic role in kidney diseases. There is evidence that TREM-1 can not only be used as a biomarker for diagnosis of disease but also as a potential therapeutic target to guide the development of novel therapeutic agents for kidney disease. This review summarized molecular biology of TREM-1 and its signaling pathways as well as immune response in the progress of acute kidney injury, renal fibrosis, diabetic nephropathy, immune nephropathy, and renal cell carcinoma.Copyright © 2024 The Chinese Medical Association, produced by Wolters Kluwer, Inc. under the CC-BY-NC-ND license.
