Advanced metastatic prostate cancer is a heterogeneous disease for which androgen deprivation therapy combined with and androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) is the mainstay of treatment. All available therapies may be used in sequence after the ARPI. However, patient selection is key.
